Consulting is the problem-solving and exploration part of our service. This is where we start to develop a relationship with you, to understand your needs and explore some possible solutions.

Sometimes problems can be fixed on the spot and sometimes they need more work. If the latter is true, we will provide you with a brief report which describes your options and makes a recommendation.

Then you decide what you want.

We can help you acquire whatever you need, install it for you and train you how to use it. We don't sell any products, but offer independent advice, based on our experiences of particular products and services. We can also recommend retail outlets where you will receive expert and friendly service at a reasonable cost.

General maintenance and support

We can do all kinds of basic Windows-based computer support:-

• Installing software and hardware
• Cleaning up your hard disk
• Diagnosing and fixing problems
• Advising on computer security & virus protection

We can also help you with purchasing a new computer and can install it for you.

Annual Tune up

We offer a yearly (or more often if you like) computer tune-up to ensure your system is working as efficiently as possible. The tune-up covers the following:-

• We clean up your hard drive, removing old files and assorted junk
• We scan your hard drive and fix any errors
• We defragment your hard drive
• We run a virus check and ensure your virus protection is up-to-date
• We check all the components on your computer are functioning correctly.
• We clean your keyboard and mouse and remove dust from the CPU
• We recommend any upgrades which may be necessary
